Incumbent president of Bangladesh Football Federation(BFF), Kazi Salauddin has been reelected to the coveted post of president for the fourth consecutive terms of four years.
With this, Salauddin was elected the president of BFF for four consecutive terms. He was first elected to the post in 2008.
Salauddin received 94 votes in Saturday's BFF election. His nearest rival Badal Roy got 40 votes.
In this election, 135 out of 139 votes were cast. That means four people could not exercise the right to vote!
Of these, Kazi Salauddin got 54 more votes than Badal Roy. He got 94 votes. Badal Roy got 40 votes. Another presidential candidate Shafiqul Islam Manik got 1 vote.
Another former footballer Salam Murshedy has won the post of senior vice-president. He got 91 votes. His nearest rival Sheikh Mohammad Aslam got 44 votes.
