Bangladesh cricket team captain Shakib Al Hasan was absent in the first day of practice session for the next T20 series with India that started on Friday (October 25).
When asked about it, head coach Russell Domingo told journalists that he didn't know, who joined the practice session of Bangladesh team on Friday afternoon arriving in Dhaka in the morning.
Team manager Sabbir Khan also couldn't say anything about Shakib's absence during practice session, neither could the selectors say anything regarding this.
Meanwhile, Daniel Vettori joined the Friday's practice session as the first spin bowling coach for Bangladesh team.
Bangladesh will play two practice matches before leaving for India on October 30. During this tour, India and Bangladesh will play three T20s and two Test matches.
