While the BCB itself is in very much doubt about Sakib. BCB does not love him less. As he is best performer so BCB has ignored many of his faults or offences earlier. BCB gave him concessions on many matters.

But that tolerance has exceeded limit. The defeat against Afghanistan in Test series, the unwillingness to perform as captain. Not coming to practice without informing any body. Not taking part in the photo session after the world cup. Taking lead in Cricket revolt shaking the very foundation of BCB. Lastly, to sign commercials with Grameen Phone ignoring the BCB. So the activities of Sakib have simply presented a negative picture to BCB.
So Sakib is now not an element of confidence but doubt.
Though the strike of the cricketers ended but Sakib did not attend the practice session for India tour. Though he came on the next day but did not participate in the preparatory match on October 27!

BCB is now in strong doubt whether Sakib will be available on October 30 to go to India to play T20I and Test series.
A top director of BCB told barta24.com on Sunday morning, ‘there is only one day left for India tour but still we are to think about such trifling matter. There is no meaning of such uncertainty. Who knows, what happens. Tamim has already removed him away from the whole series. Who knows whether Sakib will be available or BCB might not send him.’
