There are three allegations against Shakib by ICC ACSU. The same gambler proposed Shakib for three times. ICC disclosed the identity as Deepak Agarwal of India. Deepak is black listed in ACSU. So he is followed by ACSU all through including his cell phone call record and his life style as well as his associates.
This identified gambler proposed Shakib thrice in 2018. But Shakib rejected Deepak’s proposal all the time. But Shakib did not inform ICC about the matter. Even when ACSU had wanted to know about it, he denied. But checking his cell phone call record when disclosed the whole episode, then Shakib had nothing to do but admission of the fact.
