In connection with the birth centenary of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) will arrange two special T-20 cricket matches. The T-20 matches will be played between Asia XI and World XI.
According to Indian media Virat Kohli, Shikhar Dhawn, Kuldip Jadab and Mohammad Shami will play in the Asia XI. It was reported that BCCI has agreed to release them. BCCI chairman Sourav Ganguli has already sent the name of these four cricketers to BCB.
CEO of BCB Nizamuddin Chowdhury has informed that BCB will not disclose their name till the agreement is signed.
The matches are supposed to be held on March 18 and March 21. But there are indications of arranging on March 21 and March 22.
