After ending his treatment at Singapore, General Secretary of Bangladesh Awami League and Road Transport & Bridges Minister Obidul Kader is returning Wednesday (May 15).

On Wednesday at 6 P.M. in the afternoon he will reach Hazrat Shahzalal International airport by a Bangladesh Biman flight, as informed by Awami League joint general secretary Mahbubul Alam Hanif.

Party leaders and workers will be at the airport to receive Obidul Kader. Road Transport and Highways division Information Officer Abu Naser has confirmed this to Barta 24.com.

It may be mentioned here that on last March 3 Obidul Kader suddenly fell ill and was admitted to Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) in the Coronary Care Unit (CCU). Eminent Cardiologist of this sub-continent of India Dr. Devi Sethi rushed to Dhaka to check Obidul Kader. After performing NGO the physicians got three blocks in his heart. For better treatment he was flown to Mount Elizabeth Hospital in Singapore on March 4.

On last March 20 a by-pass surgery was performed in his heart. After six days in the ICU he was shifted to cabin on last March 26.

After recovery he got release from the hospital and started staying in a rented house for follow up.

Now he has become completely cured and moving normally having some light physical exercises learnt from some social media.
