Holy night -Lailatul Qadr
Today is the 26th of Ramadan. Holy night of Lailatul Qadr. One of the odd nights of the last ten days of the month of Ramadan is to look for Shabe Qdar. Rasulullah (peace be upon him) used to perform Itikaf in the last ten days of the month of Ramadan in the hope of gaining Shabe Qdar.
It is narrated from Umar that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said that in Ramadaan al-Karim, the one who remembers Allaah is forgiven. And the person who prays in the court of Allah Almighty is not deprived. On the last night of Ramadan, Allah gives forgiveness to the fasting person.
The Companions asked Rasulullah (peace be upon him), "O Rasulullah (peace be upon him), is this night Shabe Qdar or Shabe Maghfirat?" The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said that the rule is that when a worker finishes his work, he has to pay a wage.
It is narrated on the authority of Hadrat Abdullah bin Masood that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Every night in the month of Ramadan, a Farishta announces: Go on the path of goodness, O wicked one, refrain now.
Open your eyes - then the Farishta says, are you an apologist - your forgiveness will be granted. Shabe Qdar: The virtuous night - the worship of that night is better than the worship of a thousand months. This night has been called for a month-long search. If it is not possible to wake up on these nights, then one will worship more on the night of Shabe Qdar.
Shabe Qdar is a message of life with the assurance of a glorious life. Read this prayer more and more on the night of Shabe Qdar. Allahumma Innaka Afun, Tuhibbul Afwa Fafu Anna Ya Karim. That is, O Allah, You are the Most Forgiving. Love forgiveness. So forgive me.
