BNP will take decision after receving the letter of Dialogue: Fakhrul
BNP secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has said the decision would be taken after discussion in the party forum if the president invite for a dialogue with the aim of forming an election commission.
He made the remarks on Tuesday (December 21) night after distributing winter clothes among the winter victims organized by a voluntary organization 'Arpan' in Banani area of the capital.
Mirza Fakhrul said, "We have not received any letter regarding the President's dialogue." Upon receipt of the letter, it will be decided after discussion in our standing committee. We have not decided on this yet.
At the same time, praising the organization, Mirza Fakhrul said that for the last one decade, through the voluntary organization 'Arpan', Bithika Binte Hossain has been helping the families of the tortured, missing and murdered democratic activists at the hands of the dictatorial government with great success.
At the time, BNP chairperson's press wing member Shairul Kabir Khan, Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir's personal assistant Central Krishak Dal leader Yunus Ali and organization officials were present.
