Cocktail blast In DU is an isloated incident: Quader
Awami League General Secretary and Road Transport & Bridge minister Obaidul Quader said the cocktail blast at Dhaka University was a stray and isolated incident. Here politics also works.

Regarding the upcoming election of the City Corporations, the minister said, "We have nominated the candidates who are acceptable and winnable. In that case I do not want to go into the context of what the previous mayor is bad or good. We have chosen acceptable candidates for the City Corporation elections through various surveys.
The Prime Minister has clearly stated that there will be a free-fair and credible elections. People will vote for whom they wish. There is shame in losing this election.
In the context of India's NRC, he said, we always keep national interests above all. We count our friendship with India very seriously. We will settle the unresolved issues with India by sitting together.
