Fifth generation technology in US- Bangla airliner
Fifth Generation Technology has been added in the newly acquired ATR 72-600 aircrafts to ensure the quality of passenger service using the latest technology in the fleet of private airlines US-Bangla Airliner.
This technology is capable of notifying the pilot of any emergency on the plane. It also helps the pilot to cope with the situation. The technology also ensures safety of passengers. It operates like a touch screen mobile, which carries modern technology. Besides, its engine is more powerful than ever. The best part of it is that it is able to withstand the greenhouse effect.
Taking into account the safety of the passengers, pilots employed for the US-Bangla 72-600 model also have to go through various training including route training, simulator training, base training and other various trainings.
Advisor Captain Shikdar Mezbahuddin Ahmed said the fifth generation technology ensures the relationship between people and machines. The aircraft with this technology is now the most sophisticated model in the world.
He said it was decided to lower the ticket price so that people of all classes of the country could get a chance to travel on airplanes.
On Sunday (Feb. 9), the company inaugurated six new 72-600 model aircrafts. This year, the company also plans to add four more aircraft to the US-Bangla fleet.
Of the thirteen previous aircraft in the US-Bangla fleet, four Boeing 737-800 each having passenger capacity of 164, three Dash8-Q400 each having passenger capacity of 76 and five ATR 72-600 each with passenger capacity of 72 are in operation in both domestic and international routes.
