"Prime Minister's statement on Khaleda Zia's treatment abroad is the government's decision"

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s opinion that BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia will have to go back to jail if she needs treatment abroad, Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan said that is the government's decision. He said this in a public meeting of 14-party alliance in Chagalnaiya Shaheed Minar square of Feni at 5 pm on Sunday.

The Minister said this after Law Minister Khaleda Zia's application for treatment abroad was sent back to the Ministry of Home Affairs as there was no opportunity for second consideration.

Home Minister Kamal said, "Khaleda Zia should go to jail and go abroad for the legal process." The Prime Minister has already spoken on Voice of America about this. That is the government's decision.

The Home Minister said, "Those who want the caretaker government, they created one and a half crore fake voters at that time. They were the ones who finished the voting in the afternoon and went to power. Where Sheikh Hasina is - there muscle power will not last.'
