Dhaka: Bangladesh reported 37 more deaths from coronavirus (Covid-19) infection in the last 24 hours raising the death toll to 3694, according to a press release of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).
Besides, 2595 tested positive for coronavirus in the last 24 hours raising the total number of coronavirus cases in the country to 279144 according to the press release on Monday( August 17).
In the last 24 hours, 87 coronavirus testing laboratories across the country tested 12523 samples. So far 1364189 samples were tested said the press release.
In last 24 hours 1641 patients have recovered making total recovery of 160591 Covid patients.
Bangladesh reported its first croronaviurs case on March 8 while first death on March 18.
