He started his development vision by proposing to build "International Space Observation Tower in the name of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman" and "Science City" at the intersection of 90 degree latitude and longitude in Bhanga upazila of Faridpur district in a meeting with Hon'ble Prime Minister at the 2019 Deputy Commissioners Conference which is currently under implementation.

A book fair is a bright field for developing the interest of students in reading books as well as other books and for the full development of the culture. Through the book fair, a close bond is formed between the student and the book, which has been successfully implemented through the organization of the book fair for the first time in Faridpur district through an exceptionally innovative program titled "Buying the light of life in eight annas". This book fair is being organized with only 50 paisa (eight annas) per month from every student studying in Faridpur from their accumulated Tiffin money. Due to lack of proper academic and practical as well as hands-on training, there is a kind of stagnation among the officials involved in district level land management. In order to overcome this situation, an initiative has been taken to set up a training center called "District Land Management Academy" on 05.00 acres of land in Sadarpur upazila of the district for training of officers / employees involved in land management. In this case, the government will not need too much money at the initial stage. The academy is being set up by planting trees, creating gardens and constructing training rooms on the land of local Khas Khatian No. 01. Under the supervision of the Deputy Commissioner, at least 2 times a year weekly camps will be organized for the officers / employees involved in land management. This will increase the work ethic among the concerned employees on the one hand and further improve the overall land management through mutual interaction on the other hand. Construction of Mujib barsho Park and Bangabandhu and Liberation War Library

In every upazila of Faridpur district in which the memory of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the greatest father of the Bengali nation of all time, is enshrined in Mujibvarsha, it has been decided to build a spectacular park called Mujibvarsha Park in its own place or around the Upazila Parishad which is already nearing completion.
