Dhaka: Sixteen people died from deadly virus corona while people were infected with the virus in the last 24 hours across the country.
This information was divulged to the media on Tuesday(November 10) by DGHS through a press release.
According to a press release, the latest deaths and cases of infection have brought the toll to 6108 and 423620 respectively.
The release said that during the time 13520 samples were tested at 115 laboratories across the country making the total test of 2470164 samples. 1648 people have recovered bringing the recovery figure to 341416 so far.
It may be mentioned here that the first case of corona infection was detected in Bangladesh on last March 8 while the first death occurred on March 18.
