A case has been filed against 30 people, including the Chairman and MD of e-commerce company Dhamaka Shopping, under the Digital Security Act at the Hazaribagh police station in the capital on charges of fraud and embezzlement. The case was filed by a cloth trader named Nurul Amin Nadim (32).
Hazaribagh Police Station Inspector (Investigation) Masudur Rahman confirmed the matter to the media on Sunday (October 3) night.
He said that Hazaribag resident cloth merchant Nrul Amin Nadim has filed a case against 30 people including the Chairman of ‘Dhamaka Shopping’, Dr. M. Ali alias Mojtoba Ali and MD SM Jasimuddin Chisty under Digital Security Act t Nurul Amin Nadim, 32, has filed a case under the Digital Security Act (DSA).
Besides, Dr. M Ali alias Mojtaba Ali (60), MD SM Jasimuddin Chisti (56), Director Saida Roxana Khanam (54), CEO Mohammad Sirajul Islam Rana (38), Head of Accounts Devkar De Shuvo (32), Director Operations Nazim Uddin Asif (29), Director Safwan Ahmed (41), Systems Category Head Aminur Hossain (41), Deputy Manager and Systems Engineer Asif Chishti (26), Category Head Imtiaz Hasan (35), Vice President Ibrahim Swapan alias Mithun Khan (35), Deputy Managing Director Nirodh Baran Roy (45), Acting Chairman Tashfir Ridwan Chisti (22), Director Masfiq Ridwan Chisti (28) and Shah Mohammad Yamin Ismail (30). Besides, 15 anonymous people have been accused in the case.
