Romania will issue 5,000 visas to Bangladeshis. The European country is sending a six-member consular team to this end. They will stay in Dhaka for three months from March this year.
Foreign Minister Dr. AK Abdul Momen made the announcement in a message on Monday (February 14).
He said the team is coming to Dhaka to issue about 5,000 visas, including 3,400 suspended visas. They need some local help.
He added that this is the first time they have sent such a consular mission.
