Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina left Washington DC for London on Thursday morning to attend the coronation ceremony of Charles III and his wife Camilla as King and Queen of the United Kingdom and Commonwealth countries.
A United Airlines flight carrying the Prime Minister and her entourage took off from Washington DC's Dulles International Airport at 11:30 am local time.

Sheikh Rehana, the youngest daughter of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and the only sister of the Prime Minister, is also with her. Bangladesh Ambassador to the United States Muhammad Imran bade farewell to the Prime Minister at the airport.
The flight is expected to land at London's Heathrow International Airport at around 5 am Bangladesh time today (Friday). High Commissioner of Bangladesh to UK Saida Muna Tasnim will welcome the Prime Minister there.
During her stay in London, the Prime Minister will attend a program of Commonwealth leaders and a civic reception hosted by the University of Cambridge.
