It should be noted that Dr. Mahfuz Parvez was born on March 8, 1966 in Kishoreganj town. His father Dr. A.A. Mazharul Haque, language veteran and organizer of liberation war; mother Nurjahan Begum, social personality; Both established Kishoreganj art, literature, education, research 'Majharun-Noor Foundation'. He studied at Jahangirnagar University, Chittagong University (Ph.D.). Teaching Profession, Department of Political Science, University of Chittagong; Devoted in writing, research, literary pursuits, cultural and intellectual activities.
