Pointing to BNP Acting Chairman Tariq Rahman, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said that he has fled to London on bond from Bangladesh. From there he is giving instructions to BNP men to set fire to buses and ambulances in the country including attacking the police. Hey chap, if you have courage, come back to Bangladesh and we will see.
She said this in a public meeting organized at Mosleh Uddin Bhuiyan Stadium in Narsingdi on Sunday (November 12) afternoon.
Again pointing to BNP, Sheikh Hasina said, Khaleda Zia is now in jail for embezzling orphan's money. I allowed her to stay at home out of sympathy. Where is their leader? People don't listen to them. BNP men are killer. Jamaat is a war criminal. Khaleda's son is the murderer. A grenade attack killed Ivy Rahman. Sitting and eating abroad. Where does he get so much money? Thousands of crores of money have been looted from the country. Let him come to the country if he dares not to talk big.
Noting that Awami League has established people's right to vote and food, the Prime Minister said that the government cannot be overthrown by sneak attack if the people are not with them. They did not dare to come forward, left the alley and set fire and fled again. Awami League works for people, while BNP-Jamaat destroys.
She said, I am ready to accept any sacrifice for Bangladesh. I am even ready to give blood for the country like my parents and brothers.
