'If Awami League loses, our national existence will be in danger'

Awami League has formed an alliance with Bir Bengali to protect the country, said Awami League nominated candidate for Chattogram-9 seat Mahibul Hasan Chowdhury Naufel.

He said that BNP-Jamaat has formed an alliance to destroy the country in the name of spoiling the elections. And Awami League has formed an alliance with Bir Bengali to protect the country. Bengali ethnicity will survive if Awami League comes to power again. If Awami League comes to power again, the defeated evil power of 1971 will be buried forever.

He said these things at the pre-election exchange meeting in Firingibazar Ward of the city on Saturday (December 23) morning.

Naufel also said in the meeting that BNP-Jamaat is doing arson attacks in order to thwart the election, and we need to build a fortress in the neighborhood. The fire should disperse the terrorists. On January 7, everyone should come to the polling station in groups and vote, and this evil force must be banished from the politics of Bangladesh forever.

City Awami League President Mahtab Uddin Chowdhury said in the meeting, Awami League has nothing to lose. Rather, if Awami League loses, the Bengali nation will lose and our national existence will be endangered. So take an oath to protect the national existence by voting for BOAT.

The general secretary of the city committee, former mayor AJM Nashir Uddin said, BNP-Jamaat is not in the election field. They are in the process of making sneak attacks and disrupting public life. Their address is Pakistan.

Ward Awami League President Swapan Kumar Majumder chaired and moderated by General Secretary Farooq Ahmed, City Awami League Advisor Safar Ali, Organizing Secretary Shafiq Adnan, Councilor Hasan Murad Biplab and Lutfunnesa Dobash Baby, former Chhatra League leader Muhammad Salauddin and others also spoke in the exchange meeting.

It is to be noted that on Saturday afternoon, the candidate of Chattogram-9 (Kotwoali-Baklia) constituency, Mahibul Hasan Chowdhury, held a public rally in Chowkbazar, Telipatti, Devpahar, Chandanpura and Chattogram College areas of the city.
