Four BGB platoons have been deployed in different parts of the capital, including Shahbagh, to maintain law and order.
This information was given in a press release on Tuesday (November 26).
A Border Guard of Bangladesh (BGB) press release said that 4 BGB platoons have been deployed in the Shahbagh, Matsya Bhaban and Hotel Intercontinental areas of the capital to maintain law and order.
Earlier, 6 BGB platoons were deployed in the Jatrabari-Demra area of the capital to control the law and order situation following a clash between students of Suhrawardy College, Kabi Nazrul College and Dr. Mahbubur Rahman Molla College
