Rwoshan Ershad, Saad Ershad and Dr. GM Quader agree to nominate Dr. KR Islam. On the other hand, Rowshan Ershad demanded to confirm the nomination of 12 people including Moshiur Rahman Ranga, Golam Masih, Professor Iqbal Hossain Raju, Kazi Mamunur Rashid, Ziaul Haque Mrida, SM Fakhruzzaman Jahangir, former state minister Golam Sarwar Milon.
These leaders have been with Rowshan Ershad for a long time. None of these leaders associated with the Rowshan Ershad announced conference preparation committee have any post in the Jatiya Party. Some have volunteered before, some have been expelled.

On November 20, the nomination form for Rangpur-3 seat was collected on behalf of GM Quader. GM Quader has been elected from Lalmonirhat seat in the last few parliaments.
Rowshan Ershad is very upset with Devar's behavior. If necessary, he wants to stay away from the elections, but he is unwilling to leave his followers and go to the elections. The Jatiya Party distributed party forms to the candidates from November 20 to 24. Although distribution of nomination forms was over, none of Rowshan Ershad's followers including his son Saad Ershad picked up the nomination form of the party. However, GM Quader informed the decision not to give nomination form to Rowshan's followers.

She has sought three nomination forms for herself and son Saad Ershad and Dr KR Islam. Begum Rowshan Ershad said, we will send her nomination form. If necessary, I will go and deliver it myself. Time is not an issue for her. It will be given when you want it. The Secretary General of the party has been giving such statements for a few days.
On the night of November 25, Rowshan went to Ershad's house and met GM Quader. After that meeting, many hoped that the Devar-Bhabi cold war would end. The news is that Rowshan Ershad and her followers will come to Banani to collect nominations on Sunday (November 26). But in the end no one was seen.
Meanwhile, the interview of the party's nominees ended on Sunday. Secretary General Mujibul Haque Chunnu announced that the list of candidates will be published on November 27.
The Dewar-Bhabi cold war is visible since the death of Hussain Muhammad Ershad. After the death of Ershad on July 14, 2019, conflict started between Debor- Bhabhi. GM Quader and Rowshan Ershad wrote letters to the Speaker in response to the post of Leader of the Opposition in the Jatiya Sangsad, which fell vacant due to Ershad's death. Rowshan Ershad suddenly convened a one-sided Jatiya Party Council on August 31, 2022 amid the cold war. A preparatory committee was formed with the date of the party council on November 26. In response, GM Quader's supporters also fell on the field. Within a day, Rowshan wrote to the Speaker to remove Ershad from the post of Leader of the Opposition in the Jatiya Sangsad.
However, in the end, no effect was seen in that letter. GM Quader expelled some leaders including Mosihur Rahman Ranga known as pro- Rowshan. GM Quader also wrote to remove Mashiur Rahman Ranga from the post of opposition chief whip. Rowshan Ershad blocked this time too.
Golam Masih, member secretary of Rowshan announced the conference preparation committee was preparing for the council with great difficulty. Preparatory Committees formed in 45 districts. Senior and deposed leaders of Jatiya Party who are inactive due to various reasons get a place in it. The party's activities are carried out with a separate office at Road No. 47 in Gulshan. That office still exists.
GM Quader gave an ultimatum to boycott the parliament at a time when the two sides were facing each other. On the other hand, Rowshan Ershad was proceeding with the preparation of a unilateral council. Suddenly both sides broke into battle. GM Quader back tracked from boycott threat. After 2 months, on October 30, Rowshan suddenly announced the temporary suspension of the council.
When Rowshan Ershad returned home after a long treatment, Debar-Bhabi appeared at the Prime Minister's call. After that meeting the ice began to melt. After many days, Rowshan Ershad was the chief guest at the party's foundation anniversary ceremony on January 1. After that, the Rowshan supporters relaxed a bit.
But the difference between them increased on the question of election. GM Quader was very much against elections, and Rowshan Ershad from the very beginning was election oriented. Rowshan had announced her participation in the election earlier. And on November 22, GM Quader announced to go to the election under a lot of compulsion. It is said that both the groups have separately prepared the list of Jatiya Party candidates for the election.
On November 18, GM Quader and Rowshan Ershad submitted separate letters to the Election Commission. In his letter, Rowshan informed about the formation of grand alliance and the elections in the symbol of boat or plough.
