BNP has announced a 24-hour blockade from 6 am on Wednesday and a hartal program from morning to sunset on Thursday.
BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi announced this program in a virtual press conference on Monday (November 27) afternoon.
The party will hold a 24-hour blockade program from 6 am on Wednesday (29 November) to 6 am on Thursday to demand the release of BNP chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia and send her abroad for better treatment, the release of leaders and activists including Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir. Then on Thursday (November 30) hartal will be observed from morning to sunset.
