Nizam Uddin Hazari, the candidate for Feni-2 seat, said that like Muslims, Hindus are also citizens of this country. Everyone has equal right. I will not tolerate any injustice done to Sanatana religionists. Strict action will be taken if anyone does such a thing.
He said these things in the morning of Friday (December 29) in the mass communication and road side meetings of the boat in Tulabaria Hindu dominated area of Kalidah Union of Feni Sadar Upazila.
Nizam Hazari said, "My father worked for the people of the Hindu community when he was a commissioner. As his son, it is my responsibility to protect them. I will not allow anything to happen to any Hindu community in Feni while Nizam Hazari is alive.
He said, "Even if I am not a Member of Parliament, I will be your forever whether there is anyone for Sanatan religionists or not." Meanwhile, he promised to complete the unfinished work of the area if elected.
Addressing the leaders and activists in the road side meeting, he said that law and order forces will take strict action if someone who is too enthusiastic casts fake votes. Voters should be brought to the polling station by car and delivered again. No one disturbs the center. I don't want to be a fake vote MP, I want to be elected by people's vote.
When he went to the masses Sanatan religious people welcomed Nizam Hazari with uludhbani, garlands of flowers and marigold flowers around his neck.
Feni Sadar Upazila Awami League President Karim Ullah, Kalidah Union Parishad Chairman Delwar Hossain Dalim, District Swechcahsebak League President Shambhu Vaishnab, local polling station chief Freedom fighter Nepal Chandra Sheel, local UP member Md. Manik, Sadar Upazila Chhatra League President Akramuzzaman Raju, General Secretary Belal Hossain along with Union Awami League, Jubo League, Chhatra League and general voters participated.
Before this, Nizam Uddin Hazari conducted mass communication in Alokdia, Valukia, Kalidah, Cylonia, Gobindpur, Tulabaria polling stations of the union. In the afternoon, he is scheduled to hold a road meeting and mass communication at Baligaon Union.
