The PhD degree was approved at the BUP Academic Council and Syndicate meeting held on Sunday (November 29).

Dhaka: No pro-India-Pakistan politics be entertained in Bangladesh. Bangladesh can never be divided again, said Nahid Islam, convener of the Jatiya Nagorik Party.
He said these things at the launching ceremony of the 'Jatiya Nagorik Party' at Manik Mia Avenue in the capital on Friday (February 28) afternoon.
Nahid Islam said, we want to talk about the future. We want to talk about possibilities, dreams. We have come here today to realize that dream.
He said, we have broken the conspiracy of divided politics that was established in the country for the last 15 years in the mass uprising of July-August.
The program officially started after 4 pm. The party's leadership will be announced. According to top sources in the JNP, Nahid Islam, who left the post of adviser to the interim government, will be the convener of the party. Akhtar Hossain will be the member secretary.
The main organizer of the anti-discrimination student movement, Abdul Hannan Masud, said that Nahid is the Imam of Democracy. He did not bow down even in the face of oppression.
