‘America's offer to sell Boeing, Bangladesh is also interested’
Foreign Minister AK Abdul Momen said that America has offered to sell Boeing at a low cost and Bangladesh is also interested in buying some Boeing. Now the American proposal is being discussed.
He made this comment while talking to reporters at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Tuesday (December 12) evening.
When asked whether there is any connection between the election and the purchase of Boeing, the foreign minister said that the election has nothing to do with the purchase of Boeing.
Claiming that there is no strain in Bangladesh's relationship with America, Momen said that America advises us as a friend. If it is good, we accept it, if it is unrealistic; it is not possible to take it into account. Bangladesh relations with America are still very good. Dhaka-Washington wants to improve this relationship.
