"We will see if the force was negligent in the constable's murder"

Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal has said that an investigation will be conducted into whether there was any negligence on the part of the forces in the shooting of a police constable in front of the Palestinian embassy in the capital's Baridhara.

He said this while talking to reporters in his office at the Secretariat on Monday (June 10).

The Home Minister said that many questions are coming up regarding this murder. We are concerned about this incident. What can cause such behavior! Whether it was done intentionally or due to family problems, the exact facts will be told after the investigation.

Regarding the murder of MP Anar, Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal said that this incident happened in their country (India), that is why they (India) are responsible for the trial of this murder. The US has a prisoner exchange agreement with India, so they (India) can take steps to bring back the original accused.

Regarding the recovery of multiple bones from the Bagjola Canal in Kolkata during the search operation of Siam, accused in the murder of MP Anwarul Azim Anar, he said, until the DNA test is done, it cannot be said whether it is MP Anar's body or not.
