30 more Bangladeshis to return from Lebanon in fourth phase
30 more Bangladeshis will return home from war-torn Lebanon in the fourth phase. They are scheduled to leave for their country on Sunday (October 27) night. They will arrive in Dhaka on Tuesday (October 29) night.
The Bangladesh Embassy in Beirut, Lebanon, gave this information in a statement on Saturday (October 26) night local time.
The embassy said that due to the ongoing war situation in Lebanon, the Bangladeshi expatriates who have applied to the embassy to go home voluntarily and whose passports, Iqama and necessary travel documents are ready, have been sent home under the management of the embassy after completing all the procedures. The fourth group of 30 people will leave Beirut for Dhaka via Jeddah by air on Sunday (October 27).
They are scheduled to arrive at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka via Jeddah at 2:30 am on Tuesday (October 29).
The embassy has specifically requested those on the list to be present at the parking lot in front of Yapa Restaurant, Adib Ishaq Road, near Hotel Alexander, in Ashrafiyaz at 5 pm on Sunday. Incidentally, the government has so far brought back 150 people from Lebanon. Of these, 54 people returned in the first round on October 21, and 96 people returned in two flights on October 23. Another 30 people will return in the fourth round.
