We want to build a Bangladesh free from hunger, poverty and misrule: Selim Uddin
Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami central executive council member and Dhaka City North unit’s Ameer Mohammad Selim Uddin called upon units’ representatives to come forward to fulfill the dream of student-people mass movement in building a discrimination-free Bangladesh.
City Ameer said, the units are the key force of the organization.
He yesterday evening made the remarks while addressing a unit-level conference at a local auditorium in the capital’s Pallabi. Jamaat Pallabi zone arranged the event.
Nasir Uddin, member of working committee of Jamaat Dhaka City North, presided over the event. Jamaat central working committee member and Dhaka City North unit’s nayeb-e-Ameer Abdur Rahman Musa and assistant secretary Mahfuzur Rahman spoke as the special guests.
Selim Uddin urged Jamaat activists to reach Dawah of Islam to everyone, ignoring all limitations.
Jamaat is a good place of knowledge practice. The source of knowledge is The Quran, he added.
This Jamaat leader urged party men to build family, society and state according to the light of Quran and Hadith.
