Additional Secretary Mahbub Kabir Milon has been appointed as the Managing Director (MD) of Evaly, a much-talked e-commerce company.
Besides, four more members, including the chairman, have been appointed to manage and monitor the company.
The High Court constituted a five-member committee headed by HM Shamsuddin Chowdhury Manik, a former judge of the Appellate Division, to manage the Evaly.
The High Court bench of Justice Muhammad Khurshid Alam Sarkar passed the order.
Additional Secretary (OSD) Mahbub Kabir will be the Managing Director (MD) of Government Salary.
Barrister Syed Mahsib Hossain, counsel for the petitioner, said that his (Mahbub) opinion has been taken to make him MD of Evaly.
