The annual and PEC examinations of primary education are not being held this year also. Students of all classes in the 2021 academic year will be assessed by their respective educational institutions and will have to undertake activities to promote them to the next class.
Information and Public Relations Officer of the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education Mahbub Rahman Tuhin confirmed the information to the media on Monday (November 8). He said the decision was taken at a meeting on October 26.
Earlier, the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education had said that the final examination of primary will not be held centrally again. If possible, annual examinations will be taken at their respective institutions.
According to the decision of the inter-ministerial meeting held on October 26, the Prime Minister has kindly agreed that the final examination of primary education will not be held.
According to the ministry, the students of the 2021 academic year can be assessed in the same way as they have been assessed by their own schools in the 2020 academic year.
