According to the notification, seven people have died and 3 thousand 27 people have been affected by dengue in the last 24 hours. Among the affected, 849 people have been admitted to different hospitals in Dhaka and 2174 people have been admitted to different hospitals outside Dhaka.
It is said in the circular that at present, a total of 10 thousand 102 dengue patients are under treatment in various public and private hospitals of the country. There are currently 3 thousand 814 dengue patients admitted in public and private hospitals in Dhaka and 6 thousand 288 dengue patients in other hospitals.
This year, 1 lakh 73 thousand 795 patients have been admitted to hospital and treated with dengue throughout the country. Out of this, 74 thousand 976 people were treated in Dhaka and 98 thousand 819 people outside Dhaka.
Among the infected, 1 lakh 62 thousand 847 people have recovered from the hospital and returned home. 70 thousand 584 in Dhaka and 92 thousand 263 outside Dhaka have recovered and returned home.
