One more person named Moshiur Rahman (22) died due to a gas cylinder explosion in Kaliakore of Gazipur. Due to this, the death toll in this incident has increased to 13 people.
He died at around 11 pm on Tuesday (March 19) while undergoing treatment at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the Sheikh Hasina National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery.
Sheikh Hasina National Burn and Plastic Surgery Institute's resident doctor Dr. Tariqul Islam confirmed this.
He said, 60 percent of Moshiur Rahman's body was burnt. He was under treatment in ICU. Then he died on Tuesday night.
Earlier last Wednesday (March 13) around 6 pm in Telirchala area of Kaliakair upazila of Gazipur, at least 35 people including women, men and children were burnt due to a gas cylinder explosion.
28 of them were taken to Sheikh Hasina National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery as their condition was serious.
