The results of Primary Education Competition (PEC), Junior School Certificate (JSC) and equivalent examinations have been handed over to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
State Minister for and Mass Education Md Zakir Hossain handed copies of the results of PEC and JSC exams to her at her official residence Ganabhaban on Tuesday (Dec 13) morning.
Chairmen of different madrasa boards followed the junior minister to hand over the results of Ebtedayee Education Competition and Junior Dakhil Certificate (JDC) exams of their respective boards.
Education Minister Dipu Moni, Deputy Minister Mohibul Hasan Chowdhury Nowfel and senior officials were present.
Speaking at the ceremony, the prime minister said, “Education completion exams enhance the conference of children. Now we see they are performing well.”
The results of JSC, JDC and equivalent exams will be officially published at 11:30am today through a press conference at the Ministry of Education. Later the results will be sent to educational institutions across the country.
The results of PEC and Ebtedaye will be published around 1pm through another press conference at the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education.
