Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan made it clear that Rohingyas or any other people from Myanmar will not be allowed to enter Bangladesh.
He said, the clanging of weapons is going on in the camp. Rohingyas are divided into different factions. BGB, APBN and Army are also working under their control. Our main concern is to stop the killings and bloodshed, the police have been ordered to ensure that no accidents happen.
Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan said these things to the reporters after the discussion meeting on law and order in the Rohingya camp at Cox's Bazar Hilltop Circuit House at 8:30 pm on Thursday (May 30).
At that time, the Whip of the National Assembly Saimum Sarwar Kamal said that the administration has been given strict instructions to ensure that no local or foreign organizations can lure the Rohingyas. The minister gave strict instructions to the BGB that no Rohingya can infiltrate again.
The meeting was attended by Jatiya Sangsad Whip Saimum Sarwar Kamal, Member of Parliament Ashek Ullah Rafiq, Inspector General of Police Chowdhury Abdullah Al Mamun, Refugee Relief and Repatriation Commissioner Mizanur Rahman, APBN Additional Inspector General Salim Mohammad Jahangir, Additional Inspector General Anwar Hossain, Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Shaheen Imran, Police Superintendent Mahfuzul Islam and senior officials of the concerned law and order forces.
