A passenger plane has crashed in the state of Sao Paulo, Brazil. In this incident, 62 people including 58 passengers and four crew members were killed.
This information was revealed in a report by BBC on Friday (August 9).
According to the report, no one survived in the plane crash in Brazil. It had four crew and 58 passengers.
The report also said that the plane crashed in the city of Vinhedo en route from Cascavel in the southern state of Paraná, Brazil, to the city of Sao Paulo.
Footage circulating on social media shows a plane suddenly landing vertically. Later, coils of fire were seen from it.
Authorities said the plane crashed in a residential area. No one was injured in the incident. However, they are yet to inform about the cause of the accident.
The São Paulo state fire department sent seven rescue teams to the scene.
Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva has expressed deep sorrow over the plane crash.
