Nahid Islam, the coordinator of the student movement, urged the people to stay on the streets until the outline of the national government is announced by the anti-discrimination student movement.

He said this in an interview given to a private TV channel on Monday (August 5) evening.

Coordinator Nahid Hasan said the anti-discrimination student movement will continue until the structure of various institutions of the state is reconstructed from the constitution.

He said, this day is our desired day. We will continue to agitate until the promises we made to the people are fulfilled. Everything from the constitution to the institutional framework has to be restructured.

Addressing the people of all levels of the country, Nahid also said that on this occasion, it should be ensured that there is no chance of looting across the country. He also urged not to create communal riots.

Sarjis Alam said, Thank you to all the people of Bangladesh for this day. Shots were fired at our coordinator at Dhaka Medical, Chankharpool this morning. But in the end, fascism was overthrown from our country. And I give credit to the people of Bangladesh for this.
