Jubo League will respond to all conspiracies: Sheikh Salim
Leaders of Awami League said that the Jubo League is continuing its uninterrupted struggle against the BNP-Jamaat conspiracy against the country on the instructions of Sheikh Hasina.
Leaders of various levels of Awami League and Jubo League said these things after a joyous procession on the occasion of Jubo League's founding anniversary on Saturday (November 11) afternoon.
Aamir Hossain Amu, a member of Awami League's advisory council, said in his speech, "This convoy of Jubo League will work like a watchman to counter the conspiracy against Sheikh Hasina by the anti-independence circle, the murderers of ‘75 and 2004 to destroy the democracy of Bangladesh." After Bangabandhu's daughter Sheikh Hasina came to the country, the Jubo League has been serving as a vanguard.
Awami League presidium member Sheikh Fazlul Karim Salim called on the Jubo League to be careful and said, "You should be careful, the conspiracy is still going on, they are blocking each other from time to time. Not yet lifted the previous blockade. There is no use in scaring Jubo League. Therefore, Jubo League will give a proper response to all conspiracies.
He said, Mani Bhai was one of the organizers of the liberation war, an active freedom fighter. If Mani Bhai had lived, maybe the face of Bangladesh would have changed. Today who talk about democracy? What is their democracy? Martial law democracy. Did Ziaur Rahman establish democracy by killing Bangabandhu and his family?
Sheikh Fazlul Karim Salim said, 'To strengthen the organization, the political ideology must be strengthened. We saw on the 28th how terrible those who don't believe in democracy, who don't believe in human rights, who don't respect the rule of law.
Awami League presidium member Advocate Jahangir Kabir Nanak said, 'Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman asked Sheikh Fazlul Haque Mani to create this organization to take the youth forward in the right direction with the aim of eliminating hunger and poverty in this country, building non-communal Bangladesh, freeing the youth from the curse of unemployment.'
He said to Jubo League, "The fight must be sharpened. The fight must intensify. We are the guardians of democracy under the leadership of Sheikh Hasina. We are the institution of peace; we are the guardians of peace. We are the guardians of establishing non-communal politics in this country.
Awami Jubo League Chairman Sheikh Fazle Shams Parash said in the president's speech, "Today, when the basic needs of the people of this country are being met under the leadership of Bangabandhu's daughter, when groundbreaking progress is being made in the construction of the Sonar Bangla of Bangabandhu's dream, when the power of the ally of the Liberation War is managing the state, now the dream is to transition from digital Bangladesh to smart Bangladesh. The youth is watching, when militancy is almost eradicated and the security of the region is being established, when social safety nets are being established and women's safety is being achieved and when Bangladesh is emerging as a dignified nation for the first time, BNP and anti-freedom reactionary communal enemies are terrorists to disrupt the development of this country.'
He said, "We cannot sit by when they harm the life and property of innocent people of this country. We cannot sit at home when they kill our police brothers who are playing a heroic role in eradicating militancy. We must protest. BNP-Jamaat wants to thwart the election, BNP wants to install an unelected government in power. On the other hand, our biggest dream is to elect Bangabandhukanya as the Prime Minister for the fourth time.
