America's Golden Age begins right now, Donald Trump said after taking oath
'The Golden Age of America begins bight now'... This was the first sentence of Donald J. Trump. Trump was speaking after taking the oath as the 47th President of the United States on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC. He highlighted various aspects of his action plan in his speech amid thunderous applause.
He said, I will put America first. I will restore democracy and sovereignty. Our highest priority will be to build a nation that will make us proud. America will be a prosperous and free country.
Trump said, I will bring about changes that have never been seen in America before. We will do everything for law-abiding Americans. American border policy will be for our own people. And the work of all these changes begins today and we will implement these changes very quickly.
We will give back to the people their faith, their wealth, their democracy and freedom, said Donald Trump. The days of America's backwardness are over. We will not go backward anymore, he said.
There was an assassination attempt on him. Recalling that the bullet had come out of his ear, Donald Trump said, "God has protected me so that I can make America great again."
We will face all the crises of the country with dignity and strength, said Trump. Today is Martyr Luther King Day. Together, we will make all his dreams come true.
America must return to its day of self-confidence. We will not forget our country, we will not forget our Constitution. And we will not forget our God, said Trump.
Referring to this day as the Revolution of Common Sense, Donald Trump said, "With common sense, we will give some executive orders, cancel some orders. All illegal entry into the country will be stopped now. I have re-enacted the Mexico policy," Trump announced.
